Nestled above an Italian restaurant in Hohenschäftlarn, the hotel boasts free parking, making it a practical choice for families like mine who often road-trip for skiing adventures. The spacious, clean rooms provide a moderate level of comfort, notably the mattress, which perfectly suited all of us. Breakfast was a notable highlight, featuring a cozy buffet with authentic Italian coffee-a rare find in German hotels! We appreciated the friendly staff, who made our mornings brighter. Although we only enjoyed a drink at the bar in the evening, it was a nice setting for unwinding after a day on the local trails. With the Hohenschäftlarn train station conveniently across the street, accessing Munich is straightforward, offering yet another layer of value for your stay. Schlee presents a reasonable choice for families seeking a blend of comfort without the steep price tag.
